The registration fee includes meals for Friday's dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Sunday breakfast and conference materials. This registration fee is non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, someone can replace you with your registration.

If you need a place to stay in DC, we recommed, "Hostelling International Washington, DC" (33 USD/Person/Night) located at 1009 11th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Indicate on your reservation form that you are with the "Rotaract Group."
Pre-Conference packet with travel information to Washington DC, program, what to expect, what to bring, directions, venue and other conference related information will be sent to you a week before August 1.

Since 1989, the Rams Head has served the freshest food possible, preparing each menu item from scratch, daily. Our steaks are aged Black Angus beef and we use fresh (never frozen) chicken, fish and crab.
